Every dollar you invest goes directly to work for our students, teachers, and families — funding student goal celebrations, staff appreciation, family engagement nights, classroom essentials, and campus improvements at our Title I STEAM school.
There are two ways to sponsor more than 500 Oakhurst students and 80 staff members this year — choose the one that fits your business, or combine them.

Initiative & Event Sponsorship: Fund the specific program or event that fits your business, with recognition tied directly to it.

Annual Sponsorship
Annual Sponsors power the entire year — not just one event. Annual sponsorships fund the programs that don't carry a sponsor's name: student goal celebrations each quarter, Field Day, the 5th grade send-off, and PTA programs across the year. In return, your brand is connected to family engagement, STEAM learning, and community impact from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with our deepest level of recognition.

All annual sponsorships include a direct thank-you and recognition at the level shown above for the full school year.

Put your business in front of every family, commuter, and neighbor who passes our campus. Banner sponsors receive a dedicated 6' x 6' banner displayed on Monroe Road for the school year. Available as an add-on to any Launch Crew, Mission Control, or Initiative & Event sponsorship — and included with the Flight Director annual sponsorship. Sponsor is responsible for the design and printing of the banner; the PTA will provide banner specifications and coordinate installation with the school.

Prefer to put your name on something specific? Sponsor the initiative or event that matches your business and your heart. Every Initiative & Event sponsor receives the same core recognition: your logo on the PTA website's sponsor page, and inclusion in all promotions for the program you sponsor — emails, flyers, and Instagram — plus the program-specific recognition described below.

What is funded: Stock a closet of clothing and essentials available to any Oakhurst student in need. Sponsor name displayed on the closet all year. May be fulfilled in cash or in-kind (bags, labels, bins, and supplies of equivalent value).

What is funded: Welcome our teachers and staff back with Oakhurst spirit shirts and supply kits for approximately 80 staff members. Sponsor recognition included in every staff kit.

What is funded: Fund required health supplies (bandages, gloves, wipes) for 36 classrooms. Your name or logo on the label of every kit, in every room, all year.

What is funded: Give every Oakhurst student their end-of-year celebration — a schoolwide, students-only event. The presenting sponsor is celebrated in all promotion and recap communications to every Oakhurst family. Station sponsors fund individual games and activities.

Each event has one exclusive Presenting sponsorship (“presented by [Your Business]”) with premier placement in all event promotion, plus a limited number of Supporting sponsorships tied to specific event features. Initiative & Event sponsor recognition runs for the promotion window of the sponsored program; year-round recognition is reserved for Annual Sponsors. Beautification projects are priced individually — contact us for the current project list. Availability is first come, first served.
